This blog (http://amattoxonthego.wordpress.com) belongs to Alyssa Mattox who is someone I met up in Manhattan, KS during one of my visits. I don’t know her very well, but I know people who know her closely and from what I can tell, she’s pretty much amazing.
This concludes the Random Shout Out.
She has been called to missions work in Japan, which puts her in the hardcore awesome category in my book. I adore Japan, everything about it; it’s one of the places I’ve always wanted to visit. But it’s also one of the most neglected mission’s fields in the world.
Right now, everybody needs to say a prayer for Alyssa because she needs to get there. It’s a unique thing to find someone with a heart willing to go to a country that is closed. Stay updated on her site; I know I will.
